Salam! I'm Maryam. A therapist, coffee lover, cat mom, and more importantly, a fellow human. I understand that life happens, and ultimately, our trials and tribulations are inevitable and can be difficult sometimes. While some chapters in our book have us reaching for tissues, people like me are here to make these moments just a little less impactful. Together, we learn to make meaning of hardship, explore the "why me?" narrative, and use aspects of mental health interventions paired with spiritual values to work our way through the storm.
