About Nigar Yunus

Intuitive, empathic, and understanding, I am a Registered Psychotherapist. I truly believe a good therapist is curious, loves to hear stories, compassionate and a problem solver. My aim is to help individuals, couples and families find comfort from emotional distress, and help them with the building blocks to construct the lives they want. Since I co-founded FeelBetterNow Psychotherapy & Counselling I have provided support to people from different religions, cultures and lifestyles struggling with a variety of mental health issues.

Using a strengths-based perspective, I help my client’s find their voice, feel more empowered and uncover the resources they can draw upon to move forward to find the best fit and toolkit for them.
