About Nadiah Sidik

I have a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, and am well versed in working with relationship dynamics. I use this systemic lens to help you understand how these patterns may have informed your actions as a child, an adult and how they may be impacting the relationships you are in. Additionally, I have had further specialized training in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and use this as a framework in my work with couples, and individuals. 

I also bring with me personal lived experience as an immigrant and single mother, having to navigate Canadian systems. I am passionate about repairing relationships, and bringing healing to the self, family and community. 

I aim to connect with all my clients at the core human level, which for me looks like bringing lots of compassion, and of course some humour :)
