As a Muslim revert, I understand aspects of both Islamic and Western culture through a unique lens. I believe healing our mental health also brings us closer to our faith.
I work with both teens and adults around concerns such as depression, anxiety, social anxiety, low self-esteem, mood disorders, trauma, etc. I also work with couples to help facilitate communication and understanding.
