I am conversant with and trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), Positive Psychology, Emotionally Focussed Family Therapy (EFFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gottman method, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Sex therapy etc. I especially love to help couples thrive and ailing families recover and flourish. For couples therapy, I use the research-backed approach to relationships of the Gottmans. This method is the most researched, tested and trusted method for healing relationship troubles and creating long-lasting, loving relationships.
