I provide a safe, judgement free, and warm welcoming space to help clients navigate the various challenges in life. In my practice, I provide an empowering environment which helps clients build healthy coping skills, develop independence, and resolve past issues and trauma.
I use a humanistic approach and meet clients where they are at in life without any judgment. By using the humanistic approach, clients are able to become vulnerable in discussing their lives. In addition to treating anxiety and depression, I specialize in chronic illness, sexual assault, domestic violence and elder abuse.I am here to support you through your healing journey and would be more than happy to collaborate with you on your personal therapeutic goals.
